Cancellation Policy

All purchases made through this website are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific course or offering. Please review any individual program page or course description carefully before enrolling to see if additional terms apply, otherwise refer to this policy.

Maureen Gallagher PhD reserves the right to make exceptions at her sole discretion. Any refund or transfer requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and are not guaranteed.

Group Case Consults (GCC) – Important Notice

Due to the live and limited-capacity nature of these sessions, no refunds are available for Group Case Consults.

If you are a GCC participant and experience a true emergency, you may submit a request to transfer your registration to a future consult. This request:

• Must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before your scheduled class,

• Will only be considered once per calendar year, and

• Approval is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of the class provider.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session (including GCCs) are not eligible for refunds or transfers.

Digital Products & Self-Paced Courses

All digital products, including on-demand videos, downloadable guides, and self-paced courses, are non-refundable upon purchase due to immediate access to content, unless otherwise stated.

Maureen Gallagher PhD reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding cancellations, refunds, and transfers, including in cases not explicitly outlined above.
