Cancellation Policy

You may request a full refund for the Self Sabotage Program within 48 hours of your original purchase. After that window has passed, no refunds will be issued — including once the course has begun. Additionally, no refunds will be granted during the final 3 days before the course start date (May 21, 2025), regardless of when you purchased.

Coaching Sessions Policy (For Coaching Bundles Only)

Coaching sessions purchased as part of a course bundle are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Because we offer a very limited number of these bundles, each coaching spot is reserved in advance and cannot be reallocated once booked.

If you miss or are late to a scheduled session without providing notice, it will count as a used session.

If your schedule changes and you need to reschedule:

• Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice

• You may choose from any remaining availability on the current coaching booking link. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but re-scheduled availability is not guaranteed.

All coaching sessions must be completed within 60 days of the course ending and cannot be extended beyond that timeframe.

While we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling within the terms of this agreement, Maureen Gallagher is not obligated to alter these terms, and no refunds will be offered for unused or unclaimed coaching sessions. All sales are final. 

Use of Materials

All course materials, including video recordings, written resources, handouts, and guided practices, are intended for your personal educational use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, share, or otherwise make available any part of this course—whether digitally or in print—to any third party, client, training, or platform without express written permission from Maureen Gallagher, PhD.

Unauthorized use or distribution of materials is a violation of copyright and subject to legal action.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information shared through registration will be kept confidential and used only for communication related to this program.

If live sessions include group participation, we ask that all participants respect each other’s privacy. No personal shares, names, or identifiable content should be shared outside the group context.

Program Participation & Disclaimer

This course is intended for educational purposes only and does not constitute psychotherapy or medical treatment. By registering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own participation and well-being throughout the course.

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to session dates, times, or structure if necessary. In the event of any such changes, you will be notified in advance.
