Every weekly will also include: exercise worksheets to keep for life, recorded demos to help you see this toolkit in action, guided audio practices, and more.

    In this first class, we’ll explore the factors that influence your actions and what’s blocking your progress. You’ll learn how to update these patterns through memory reconsolidation and practice Self in Presence—meeting your emotions with curiosity and compassion. This class sets the foundation for transforming your relationship with yourself over the next 6 weeks.

  • [Wed, May 28th from 5–7 PM ET] - Live, Recorded Session

    Here, we’ll explore protectors—the parts of us that prevent action to keep us safe. These protectors often arise from old emotional learnings and can block growth. You’ll learn how to identify and work with protectors, helping them update outdated beliefs and create safety for new growth and action.

  • [Wed, June 4th from 5–7 PM ET] - Live, Recorded Session

    Learn how to update old emotional memories that influence how you react today. We’ll walk through the memory reconsolidation process, and you’ll start to update old emotional patterns that no longer serve you.

  • [Wed, June 11th from 5–7 PM ET] - Live, Recorded Session

    In this class, we’ll explore the rebel within—your resistance to change. Often, the rebel is reacting to being treated poorly by your inner critic. The rebel demands respect and a healthy relationship with yourself. You’ll learn how to listen to both the rebel and the inner critic — the goal here is to unlock energy and originality to move forward.

  • [Wed, June 18th from 5–7 PM ET] - Live, Recorded Session

    Parts keeps saying no when the rest of you says go. Explore the part of you that wants to take a completely different path. This class will help you understand how to work with those parts that feel disconnected from the goals you've set. Uncover the exiled parts of yourself—the passions, desires, and essence that have been silenced. Bring those parts back into your life for greater joy and creativity.

  • [Wed, June 25th from 5–7 PM ET] - Live, Recorded Session

    Bring everything together. Create a clear path forward—one that incorporates all of your parts and leads you to wholeness. In this final class, we’ll integrate the material and look at the next steps for your life. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what to focus on going forward.

Somatic/Inner Relationship Focusing (S/IRF)

Engage with your body’s wisdom to connect with and understand the parts of yourself that are stuck, using curiosity and compassion.

Rebels and Protectors

Understand and embrace the rebels (who resist change) and protectors (who keep you safe), and transform their energy into empowerment.

Self in Presence

A posture for meeting your emotions with curiosity and compassion, allowing healing to happen at its own pace.

Memory Reconsolidation

Learn how to update old emotional memories to stop them from controlling your present actions and reactions.

Attachment Theory

Explore how your early relationships with caregivers shape how you relate to yourself and others, and rebuild a secure attachment to foster healthier connections.

I’m not promising some quick fix, but I am promising real doorways to change.

You won’t find any “just think positive” or “meditate X minutes a day” prescriptions.

Those things help, but we want to make room for the root cause.

  • Yes, absolutely! This course is designed to get specific with something real in your life.

    This course is designed to deepen and expand the work you’ve already done with S/IRF (Somatic/Inner Relationship Focusing). It brings new layers to the material by adding the Memory Reconsolidation process, which allows you to work through emotional blocks and update old memories that might still be influencing you. If you’ve studied S/IRF, this course will help you apply it in new ways to heal deeper parts of yourself and bring lasting transformation.

  • Yes! This course is designed to get specific with something real in your life.

    If you’ve taken the Inner Critics course this is an opportunity to work on a specific or new issue, and will build upon the work you’ve done.

    You’ll be guided through new tools, especially focusing on Memory Reconsolidation and working with Rebels and Protectors, which will offer you a new layer of support and healing. Even if you’re already familiar with the material, this will give you a new opportunity to work deeply with an issue from your life from a fresh perspective with practical exercises and additional partners to shift your relationship with an your inner block.

  • Yes! While this course is ideal for those who have previously studied with Maureen (like through S/IRF or the Inner Critics course), you don’t need prior experience to benefit. If you’re completely new to this work, you’ll still be able to dive in and transform your relationship with your struggles.

    The course starts with foundational principles around self-compassion, illuminating your struggle, and healing the relationship to your blocks. We’ll guide you through each step, and you’ll walk away with tangible tools for life, no matter where you’re starting from.

  • All live classes will be recorded and available to you through a private portal. This means you can go back to the material as needed, especially if you’re unable to attend live or want to revisit certain exercises or concepts. The recordings will live on my platform for one year from the close of the live program.

    Your privacy is a top priority, and any materials shared in the course or the private group space is to be kept confidential. We want to create a safe, supportive environment for all participants.

  • Yes, you can still benefit from the course even if you can’t attend the live sessions! All classes are recorded, so you’ll have access to the full content at your convenience. You’ll also have access to the private group for ongoing supportwhere you can ask questions and interact with fellow participants, and can be assigned partners for practice outside of class.

    If you feel like you need personalized attention, the optional 1:1 coaching sessions are an available option - (while those spots last!)

  • You will have access to the program materials, including recordings and resources, for one year after the end of the course. This gives you plenty of time to revisit the material, reflect, and integrate the work at your own pace.
