When you learn to meet yourself in your fullness —
Your fullest expression comes
through in all you do.
Develop the tools to transform what’s stuck, scared, and unsure within into something you trust.
I’m Maureen. A psychologist, SEI Instructor, and Inner Relationship Focusing Trainer. My work is a special blend of…
Attachment theory + somatics + parts work.
The goal of all you find here, is to free you up.
For what?
For a deep, direct, compassionate relationship to life itself. I have spent over 40 years working with therapists, coaches, & psychologists on developing an ability to listen beyond words, to relate to the body,
Bring the toolkit of compassionate relating to yourself, and all you serve.
Experience the practice of relating — over blaming and shaming.
Join me in exploring the lifelong practice of embodied relating — where we soften out of rigidness, depression, or control, and back into generative relationship.

Success in this life is hard to define.
The only thing I know for sure, is what success feels like and what it doesn’t.
It definitely doesn’t feel like….
Being an overly controlling tyrant with yourself and others.
Pushing through even when your body is begging you for a break.
Finally getting where you wanted to be, but realizing you didn’t enjoy yourself along the way.
Success often stems from an embodied relationship to the parts of you that are ‘driving’ so that you can get to know, and relate to what may want to hold you back.
Whatever difficult thing you’re facing (the block, the shame, the grief, the addiction) — there are ways to relate to the most misunderstood, difficult & rebellious parts of you without shrinking away or succumbing to the negative patterns that you keep hitting up against.
Developing compassionate relationship with all parts of yourself is how you become free.
You can get past the (often early-life) learned behaviours, reactions, or adaptations that you don’t want to continue living with and fighting against. To do so means learning to approach your difficult parts with kindness and respect.
When you learn how to relate to yourself that way, you trigger an enormous cycle of more compassion for self, more interest in life, more room for relationship, and more availability to see another in their fullness.
Any fear that comes from the mystery of your many states and being with them actually dissolves. Pretty soon that softnness ripples out to the totality of your world.
Bridge the gap between where we want to be, and the misunderstood selves within —
